The founder of Simply Wed, Gail has for all her working life dealt with women of all ages.

Her career path began as a teacher at a Modelling and Finishing School in Melbourne.  This job had Gail teaching young women all aspects of personal development, including Makeup application, hair styling, deportment, etiquette, dress sense along with the art of conversation and confidence.

Gail was also involved in planning the events for the student’s graduations as well as organising and preparing girls for Beauty Pageants.

This was a career for over 10 years and when married and had a daughter she decided to go back to teaching women in the same field for another 2 years.

For three years (part time) Gail was also involved with a Football Club as the Function co-ordinator, working on Sponsorship and events.  This was very rewarding and the Club became very successful.

Part of being involved with Cosmetic Industry,  came the knowledge of Bridal makeup.  Gail has now been doing makeup for Brides every weekend for 15 years.  In that time she saw the need to help these Brides in other areas of their Wedding. She could see just how stressed many of them were and leading up to the Wedding day. Wow.... a changed girl...heard of a Bridezilla?

Gail decided to start a Planning service to help these prospective Brides actually enjoy the lead up to the Wedding.

Hence, six years ago Simply Wed was founded.
